No, we are not realtors or brokers and nor do we employ any. This is strictly personal.

How do I know you're for real?

We have been in the real estate business for over 15 years. We deal with all aspects of real estate.

Why should I sell my land to you?
Unlike most assets, land is very hard to sell and, thus its hard to liquefy easily. Some people would like to sell their property immediately for a reasonable sum to get CASH money that they need. Many of our customers have inherited land or bought it to build on or simply to hold for the future, but for whatever reasons no longer want the land. With property ownership there is taxation by the county and legal liabilities if someone were to get hurt on the property. Thus property fees, taxes, assessments, legal liabilities, and association fees can be a tremendous burden on an unutilized and unnecessary property.

Your offer seems on the low side. Why is that?
Any offer we make is a net offer, we pay all the transfer, closing, and recording fees. We also don't charge any commissions. Also, you will receive your proceeds in a very timely fashion…No long, drawn-out transactions.

How and when will I receive my money?
